At Morethanphoto, we strive to provide exceptional photography and videography services. This policy outlines the process for refunds and returns for our physical and digital products.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Requests • To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please contact us at coxasgratix@gmail.com within 7 days of your booking or product delivery.
    • Refunds for services booked but not yet rendered will be processed within 7 days after confirmation of the cancellation.
    • For physical products delivered, returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Conditions for Returns • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
    • Digital products cannot be returned once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
  3. Fees and Costs • There may be a restocking fee of 15% for physical products returned, which will be deducted from your refund.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped).
