- Cancellation and Refund Requests • To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please contact us at coxasgratix@gmail.com within 7 days of your booking or product delivery.
• Refunds for services booked but not yet rendered will be processed within 7 days after confirmation of the cancellation.
• For physical products delivered, returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt. - Conditions for Returns • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Digital products cannot be returned once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests. - Fees and Costs • There may be a restocking fee of 15% for physical products returned, which will be deducted from your refund.
